Eugene
J. Condreras, President
President Gene Condreras started working full time in the aviation
industry shortly after he turned 19 years old and has performed virtually
every job at every level within the organization. He has a reputation
of being a dedicated, hard worker who often works "shoulder to
shoulder" with his line service staff to demonstrate his commitment
to teamwork and to keep his finger on the pulse of Panorama's customer's
needs and desires.
Gene Condreras is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company. He has been with Panorama Flight Service for 25 years and over 28 years experience at Westchester County Airport. Mr. Condreras is instrumental in developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategies. Under his leadership, Panorama Flight Service received the prestigious Silver Award in the Exxon Tiger Spirit Program in 1991, 1992 and again in 1999. Additionally, Panorama has recently received top 34, 20 & 36 national rankings in the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Pro Pilot Magazine PRASE FBO Surveys. Prior to becoming President, he managed virtually every department in the organization. Mr. Condreras has been instrumental in expanding Panorama Flight Service’s client base and building customer relationships.
Edmund F. Condreras, Vice President/Treasurer
Edmund (Ed) Condreras has been the Vice President and Treasurer
of Panorama Flight Service for over 10 years. He is responsible for
the daily financial operations of the company including management of
accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial analysis, and budgeting.
In addition, he directs the company's COBRA administration, 401K plans,
health insurance enrollment and management, and Worker's Compensation
management. Mr. Condreras was responsible for implementing a company
wide full-service FBO point-of-sale software/accounting system (Total
FBO). Mr. Condreras' efforts have helped to build an impeccable financial
and credit history.
Ed is also responsible for the design and implementation of various marketing projects for the company. He works closely with the department directors to formulate successful marketing campaigns, while trying to establish Panorama as the leader in General Aviation Services. He is also the developer of this comprehensive web site. Mr. Condreras has earned dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Manhattan College.
Ken M. Healy, Vice President
Ken Healy manages and oversees the Charter Department. Mr.
Healy is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with
associate Part 135 charter operators, which broadens the network of
available aircraft for Panorama Flight Service's customers. Under his
direction, charter sales have increased dramatically over the past 9
years. Mr. Healy is also responsible for developing and implementing
marketing strategies for the Charter Department and securing new business
opportunities. Prior to his latest position, he developed well-rounded
management experience by working in several departments of the company.
Ken Healy has been with Panorama Flight Service for over 20 years.
Theo M. Healy, Chairman/Secretary
Theo (Ted) Healy has over 50 years of aviation experience.
In 1958 he began working with his father, the founder of Panorama Flight
service, to start operations of the company. Mr. Healy was responsible
for developing Panorama from a sightseeing tour operator to a charter,
aircraft maintenance, and flight school operator. Under his direction,
Panorama became the first full service FBO at Westchester County Airport
to offer a full range of line services and support to general aviation
customers. Mr. Healy provides operational guidance and acts in
an advisory capacity to Panorama's management team.
Christopher Graessle, Director of Flight Training
Christopher returned to Panorama Flight Service in May 2008 as Director
of Flight Training, having previously worked as one of our Flight Instructors.
In the interim, he served as First Officer at Chautauqua Airlines and
Precision Valve Corp, and honed his administrative skills in the Charter
Services Department of the Sentient Flight Group. Christopher holds
a commercial pilot's license and ratings in single- and multi-engine
aircraft. He has a Masters from Columbia University and has earned Chautauqua
Airlines Circle of Stars service award.
Jon Boyd, Director of Aircraft Sales
Jon Boyd has spent more than 35 years in the aviation industry starting
his career as an Infantry Officer, helicopter pilot in the US Army late
in the Vietnam War. Jon flew more than 200 combat missions and was awarded
several air medals, the Purple Heart and the Silver Star. He graduated
from Alfred University with a BA in Sociology.
Jon’s flight experience includes more than 14,000 hours of air
time including both helicopter and fixed wing operations. He was a top
helicopter sales person for Enstrom Helicopter in the early 1980’s
while owning and operating his own helicopter company and was also selected
by WNBC Radio New York to be their on-air helicopter traffic reporter
for their affiliate, WYNY-FM.
Entrepreneurial in spirit with a diverse aviation background, Jon has
always thought outside the box and focused on conceptualizing new ideas
and then bringing these ideas into reality. For Panorama, Jon works
with the company President on FBO fuel sales as well as directs sales
and marketing efforts for the flight training department, the maintenance
department and the charter department. Jon also heads up new and used
aircraft sales and is directly involved in the management of the flight
school, maintenance department and customer service department.
James E. Booth, Director of Line Service
James (Jim) Booth has over 21 years experience with Panorama Flight
Service. As Director of Line Service, he is responsible for daily operations
of the Line Department including hiring, training, equipment and supplies
procurement, and customer service. Under Mr. Booth's management, the
company earned two Exxon Tiger Spirit Awards for image, sales, safety
standards, and customer service. Mr. Booth was also personally recognized
twice for outstanding customer service during the Tiger Spirit Program.
In 1990, Jim Booth received a commendation from the Town of Harrison
for his efforts in the attempted rescue of two people involved in an
aircraft accident in Rye Lake, New York.
